Bluebellgray … a high five for spring launch

By on January 24, 2014

Bluebellgray’s spring-summer launch features a special anniversary collection Somerset that West End designer Fi Douglas describes as “bursting with florals and abstract designs in rich, saturated watercolours”.

Somerset helps mark Glasgow studio Bluebellgray’s five-year anniversary, with original archive designs reworked in a fresh approach to sit alongside the new, while linking back to the very first collections from Douglas.

She said: “With this collection I wanted to look back at our roots and design a collection that truly captures the heart and soul of bluebellgray, going back to the bright, popping colours and signature florals that our customers love.”

An eclectic mix of signature floral designs sit in harmony with designs inspired by her travels and painterly abstract designs. This season bluebellgray also present their first selection of plain co-ordinating fabrics in a beautiful, matching colour palette, with vibrant coloured 100% Linen Rainbow fabrics, great for mixing with signature bluebellgray designs for a modern feel.
